The objectives for which the Trust is founded are:

1. To promote and spread Radiologic physics, and its application in Medicine and Biology, and to the society as a whole
2. To identify and support academic activities in the form of teaching,research and development, training and outreach in Radiologic physics and safety and its allied sciences
3. To take appropriate measures to disseminate worldwide information in Radiologic  physics to the community, especially to the students and the needy.
4. To provide forum for persons who are engaged or interested in the field of Radiologic  physics and to arrange scientific meetings and discussions in the form of conference/workshop/seminar / symposium etc.
5. To publish books, guides, articles and brochures and organize training centers and  camps in Radiologic  physics and safety and  its related field, in order to improve education, create awareness, help research activities  and prevention of disease etc.
6. To spread awareness, education and provide training for students of schools, colleges and Universities, on safe use of radiation in medicine, especially ionizing radiation
7. To offer scholarships, books, and fees to the deserving students, irrespective of caste, creed, religion and community;
8. To assist Government and Non–Government agencies/health care Institutions /colleges /Hospitals in matters pertaining to Radiologic physics and safety and its related fields.
9. The activities of the Trust would be purely charitable in nature not motivated for profit. x).To carry out all such things as defined under Tax Laws or in similar Laws of the Country and generally to render financial and other help by donations or otherwise to public Charitable Institutions.

The trust shall be an irrevocable scientific education and training trust for the benefit of all persons belonging to whatever community irrespective of caste, creed or religion. The Trustees shall stand possessed of the said amount of corpus endowed by the FOUNDER & PRESIDENT of the trust and such other properties (both movable and immovable) as may be acquired from time to time by the trust, by purchase, exchange, grant, allotment, subscription, endowment, donation, gift, contribution, or in any manner to whatsoever (all of which shall be designed as Trust properties) on the trust herein mentioned.

The activities of the Trust would be confined to the territories of India and its neighbors.  The funds of the Trust would be utilized only towards the objects and no portion of it would be distributed in any manner to the persons defined in Section 13 (1) (c) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
